What you get

A roadmap, not a results screen

58/100Systematised

A score and a tier

Out of 100, across four areas scored out of 25, compared with firms of your type and size. The lowest tier is framed as the largest upside.

Four tiers, like with like

Manual, Assisted, Systematised, Compounding. A four-holding family office is never measured against a thirty-company fund.

Scored, ranked and written for your firm. Shown immediately, emailed as a permanent link.

04

The walkthrough

Optional. Thirty minutes with Ishaan on which opportunity to scope first and what it needs from you.

Questions we get asked

Before you start

What is an AI readiness assessment?

A structured look at how a firm sources work, produces it, keeps it moving and manages AI, scored across those four areas. Ours takes ten questions and four minutes, and returns a roadmap that ranks the opportunities for your firm specifically, with the hours behind each and a 90-day plan.

Is it really free, and what happens to my answers?

Yes. The roadmap is generated immediately and emailed to you as a permanent link. Your answers are used only to write it. One email, no sequence, and we follow up only if you ask us to on the roadmap page.

How is the score calculated?

Each of the four areas is scored out of 25 from the answers, for a total out of 100, and placed in one of four tiers. Recommendations are ranked by how much recoverable time sits behind each one, which is the inverse of your score in that area. Hour ranges are derived from your answers, never invented.

Which edition should I take?

The one that matches how your firm makes money. Investment firms covers funds, family offices, sponsors, holding companies and the advisors who serve them. Accounting covers CPA, bookkeeping, outsourced CFO, tax and advisory practices. Law firms and recruiting cover themselves. If none fits, take the closest one; the questions are about workflows, not labels.

What is on the roadmap?

Your score and tier, a radar across the four areas, the three opportunities with the most time in them, each with what changes, effort in weeks, who it needs from your side and an hours range, a 90-day plan, a direct answer to the blocker you named, and a printable PDF.

Can I share it with a partner?

Yes. The link is permanent and the PDF carries the firm name and date. It is written to be forwarded.

Rather skip the quiz and talk it through?

Thirty minutes with Ishaan covers the same ground, against how your firm actually runs.
