What this edition measures

Four areas, scored out of 25 each

  1. 01

    Sourcing and screening

How candidates reach a role and how fast a recruiter has a screened shortlist.

  2. 02

    Evaluation and submittals

The recruiter hours per role on resumes, screens and notes, and how write-ups get produced.

  3. 03

    Pipeline, scheduling and reporting

Where candidate and client information lives, how fast you see the whole pipeline, and what eats the time around it.

  4. 04

    AI ownership and enablement

Whether AI is in use, and whether anyone owns the decisions about it.

What you leave with

A roadmap, not a results screen

Three opportunities, ranked

The areas with the most recoverable time in them, in the order they are worth doing. Each one says where the hours go today in your own words, what changes after, effort in weeks and who it needs from your side.

A 90-day plan and your blocker, answered

Sequenced so a small team can carry it, with a direct answer to the one thing you say is in the way. Printable, with the firm name and date on it, and a permanent link to forward.

Questions we get asked

Before you start

Who is the recruiting and staffing edition for?

This edition is written for recruiting and staffing firms. The four unscored profile questions at the start adapt the wording and the recommendations to your firm type and size, so a small practice is never measured against a large one.

How long does it take and what do I need?

Ten questions, one per screen, about four minutes. Nothing to prepare and no signup to start. Your email is asked for once at the end so the roadmap can be sent to you as a permanent link.

What does the roadmap contain?

A score out of 100 across the four areas below, a tier, the three opportunities with the most time in them (what changes, effort in weeks, who it needs from your side and an hours range with its basis stated), a 90-day plan, a direct answer to the blocker you name, and a printable PDF.

What happens after?

Nothing unless you ask. The roadmap page offers a thirty-minute walkthrough call with Ishaan to scope the first opportunity against how your firm actually runs. There is no sequence of emails.
