The whole database ranked, every morning, against every role
A working prototype of a recruiting desk for a staffing and search firm. Each open brief is scored against everyone the firm has ever met, not just the people who applied. Screening calls become scorecards, scorecards become submittals, interviews get scheduled, and the client hears every week. A recruiter reviews each step before anything is sent.
Runs in your browser on sample data. Nothing you do in it is stored. Built for staffing and search firms.

Beacon Talent Partners, October 6, 2026: nine open roles across five clients, ranked against 1,284 people at 06:00. One passive candidate from a 2022 placement has resurfaced.
Six things the demo does end to end
Ranked against the brief, not the inbox
The firm's database and three boards are scored against every open role each morning. Each candidate shows a score, the three reasons that drove it, the source, and flags for salary, location or a passive candidate who has resurfaced.
Reasons you can open
Click Why on any candidate and the system explains the rank in plain sentences. Each one carries a chip for the resume, the call, the notes or the ATS record it came from.
A scorecard from the call
The screening call is transcribed and read against the criteria in the brief. Each criterion gets a quote from the call as evidence and a proposed rating the recruiter can change.
The submittal in the house format
A write-up drafted from the resume, the call and the notes in the firm's own structure. The recruiter edits it, then sends it; the submittal is logged and the candidate moves to Submitted.
Interviews scheduled by text
Three interviewers' calendars and the candidate's texted availability on one grid. The system proposes a slot, confirms it with the candidate, and when someone declines it redoes the whole chain.
The pipeline and the client update
Every role by stage with stuck stages marked after seven days, and a weekly email per client written from the pipeline record. Edit, then send.
Three steps, five minutes
Take the tour
Fourteen stops, about five minutes. It walks from the open roles into one ranked list, a scorecard, a submittal, a panel interview and the client update.
Build a shortlist
Open the Go role, tick three candidates, enrich from the boards, and build the shortlist. Then open Priya Raghunathan and send her submittal.
Break the schedule
Schedule the panel, then have Devon decline. Watch the chain get redone, and check the pipeline and the Verdant update afterwards.
We build it custom for your firm
The demo runs on sample data. A real build connects to your own tools and is fitted to how you already work.
Your ATS and your boards
Connected to the system of record you already run, whether Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Loxo or Crelate, and to the boards and sourcing tools your recruiters use, through their own APIs.
Your briefs, your criteria, your format
Ranking tuned to how your desk reads a brief, scorecards against the criteria your clients care about, and write-ups in the format your clients already receive.
Tested on last quarter's placements
Run on roles you already filled, compared with who you actually shortlisted and placed, and adjusted until the ranking agrees with your best recruiters before it touches a live role.
A recruiter owns every send
The system ranks, drafts and proposes. A recruiter reviews, edits and sends. Every sentence it writes carries the source it came from.
