Demo guide
A five-minute click-through for showing the screener to someone. Each step says what to click and what to point out.
Prefer to be walked through it? Click Tour in the top bar of the app. It covers the same steps with a spotlight, and you can end it at any time. Opening the app with ?tour=1 at the end of the address starts it straight away.
Before you start
- Open the app on the home page.
- If you want to run a live draft at the end, download the Lumina Health PDF from the Test decks page first.
1. The list (30 seconds)
Click: nothing yet. Point at the company cards.
Say: Each company has one assessment. The card shows where it stands (not drafted, draft, reviewed or sent) and the fit tag the AI suggested, with a few topic tags. The filter above the cards sorts by fit.
Point out: the Inbox box. In real use, decks arrive by email and are already drafted when someone opens the app.
2. A deck built to mislead (90 seconds)
Click: Lumina Health.
Say: This deck was built to fool an AI tool. Its headline numbers are redefined in its own small print, and it hides white text telling AI tools to be favourable.
Point out, top to bottom:
- The tag strip. "Not a fit" and "Warning signs", marked as the AI's suggestion. Click Why to show the reasons, each linked to a statement in the draft.
- Things that are not evidence. The hidden instruction is quoted here, reported instead of followed, along with the planted 92% score and the Friday deadline.
- Where the sources disagree. Click the first sentence. The deck page opens on the right with the quoted words marked: the $2.4M headline against $880k actually signed.
- The case against. Always written at full weight.
3. Editing and sending (60 seconds)
Click: any sentence in the summary and type.
Say: It edits like a document. Sentences can be reworded or removed, and their source stays attached. The AI's draft is never overwritten.
Click: Preview to show what partners receive, then Send to partner to show the email it prepares: the fit, the summary and a link. Close it without sending.
Point out: Export gives Word, PDF or Markdown. Email founder turns the missing list into a follow-up request.
4. A live draft (90 seconds, optional)
Click: New company, then drop the Lumina Health PDF onto the page.
Say: The fields fill themselves in from the deck. Click Create and draft. In this demo the draft is replayed from a real run in a few seconds; the live version takes two to three minutes: it reads the deck, writes the draft, checks every quote against the source, fixes any that fail, then suggests the tags.
Point out: while it runs, open another company, or the Inbox, to show the sample emails with decks attached.
5. Close (30 seconds)
Say: Every claim traces to a page, the case against is always there, and the tool never decides. The associate edits, the partners decide.
If asked what it takes to use this for real: the Next steps page covers testing against a fund's past assessments, connecting the inbox and CRM, and sign-in.
If something goes wrong
- A draft is slow. It carries on in the background. Leave the page and come back; the progress picks up where it was.
- A file or link will not load. This demo runs in the browser with the sample decks only. Download one from the Test decks page and drop it in.
- You want a clean slate. Click Start over in the bar at the top of the demo. Edits and added companies are kept only in your browser.
