No More
Assistant
A cafe, a bar and a bottle brand, run from one place. Every morning the phone says what needs a decision. Everything else is already done.
Three businesses.
One operator.
No More is a non-alcoholic cocktail bar and all-day cafe in New York's East Village, with its own bottled cocktail brand. One person runs all three.

The cafe
Coffee, a menu that costs itself from every bill, a guest book that knows the regulars.

The bar
Music nights, private events and reviews, each a record, each one tap from going out.

The bottles
A wholesale pipeline: venues found, graded, visited by reps, ordering from a portal.
The owner's job
becomes confirming.
Ten apps, each doing one job, all writing to one place. Every draft is staged; the owner says yes from a phone.
- IOne job eachTen apps on one server. Events, members, menu, music, reviews, media, wholesale, the phone, the books, standing.
- IIOne recordEvery guest, booking, bill and post lands in the same place, so every room can read it.
- IIIThe house voiceEvery draft is written in the house voice, from facts the code has verified.
- IVStaged, then sentNothing goes out on its own. The owner confirms from the phone.
- VIt learnsEvery edit is kept and read back, and the next draft is written against it.
From 7:02 to 6:58.
One invented Tuesday, as the system sees it. Each moment opens the room it happened in.
Ten rooms. Try any of them.
Each room is the real app, running on sample data. Pick what it can do on the left and watch it happen, on the laptop or the phone.
What it adds up to.
- ITen apps, one hub.Every app stands on its own and every record goes to the hub. A new need is a new app: a day's work, built on what is already there.
- IIIt keeps improving itself.Every edit is kept and read back. Every call, every post and every monthly scan is read for what it missed.
- IIIAny platform, any software. Here it runs on Square, Shopify, Gmail, Klaviyo, Instagram, Google and Eventbrite. Another business keeps the software it already uses.
- IVAutomatic once it has earned it.A draft type goes automatic after it has gone out twenty times without an edit. Until then it drafts, and one click sends. Event replies so far: 9 of 21 sent as written.
